Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Climacto, we are committed to delivering high-quality educational and consultancy services. Due to the digital nature of our offerings, we have a strict No Refund Policy:

In this CLIMACTO SUSTAINABILITY SERVICES LLP business,

1. Courses and Digital Materials

All purchases of the Embodied Carbon Masterclass or other digital content (videos, PDFs, toolkits) are non-refundable once access has been granted.

This includes payments made via promotional discounts or bundled packages.

2. Workshops (Live or Virtual)

Payments made for workshops are non-refundable, including in cases of no-shows or late attendance.

If a workshop is rescheduled by us, you will be offered an alternative date or recording access (if available).

3. Consulting Services

Pre-paid consulting sessions are non-refundable once the session has been confirmed or delivered.

Any request to reschedule a session must be made at least 48 hours in advance. No reschedules are allowed after that period.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in cases of duplicate payments or technical errors where access is not granted within a reasonable timeframe.In this case , refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 3-5 working days.

All refund exception requests must be emailed to info@climacto.com within 7 days of the transaction.
